Shipping policy

 

Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order is printed on demand, so order fulfillment (the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping) ranges from 3-7 business days. Many orders are fulfilled within 3 business days or fewer. Please note that fulfillment time doesn't include the shipping time. The time it will take you to receive your order is the fulfillment time plus the shipping time.

 

International Shipping:

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

 

Order Never Arrived:

If your order never arrived, please be sure to let us know within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.

Prior to contacting us, please check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct address. If the address is correct, please check with your local post office to see if your order is there.  If you still can't locate your package, please reach out to us at customersupport@thenilemovement.com so that we can help resolve your issue. Please note that we don't provide refunds if your shipment's tracking states that the order was delivered or if you notify us later than 21 days past the estimated delivery date.  

If the address was incorrect, please reach out to us at customersupport@thenilemovement.com so that we can help resolve your issue. If the order is sent back to the return address, we’d be happy to resend it to the correct address; however you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please note that we will not resend orders if you notify us later than 21 days past the estimated delivery date.
