Return Policy
Returns or refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at customersupport@thenilemovement.com with photos of your wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at customersupport@thenilemovement.com.
