We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at customersupport@thenilemovement.com within 21 days of receiving your item. Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chart; we have one for every item listed in our store. You can find it in the product description section.


Estimated Shipping Delivery Times


USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order is printed on demand, so order fulfillment (the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping) ranges from 3-7 business days.  Many orders are fulfilled within 3 business days or fewer. Please note that fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. The time it will take you to receive your order is the fulfillment time plus the shipping time.


Covid-19


Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. Thank you for your patience. 


If your order never arrived, please be sure to let us know within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.

Prior to contacting us, please check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct address. If the address is correct, please check with your local post office to see if your order is there. If you still can't locate your package, please reach out to us at customersupport@thenilemovement.com so that we can help resolve your issue. Please note that we don't provide refunds if your shipment's tracking states that the order was delivered or if you notify us more than 21 days past the estimated delivery date.  

If the address was incorrect, please reach out to us at customersupport@thenilemovement.com so that we can help resolve your issue. If the order is sent back to the return address, we’d be happy to resend it to the correct address; however you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please note that we will not resend orders if you notify us more than 21 days past the estimated delivery date.

Our fit and size guides located on each product page are the best place to figure out what size will work best for you. We recommend that you measure one of your current clothing items that has the fit you're looking for. Then, you can match the measurements with our size charts.
